They are investing significantly in cloud services to create a scalable, efficient system to support ongoing growth.Role Summary:As a Senior Data Architect, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and managing scalable data architectures to support business objectives.

This role requires deep expertise in Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and PowerBI, along with experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance.

You’ll work closely with data engineers and cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into data-driven solutions to enhance decision-making across the organization.Key Responsibilities:- Data Architecture: Develop and maintain scalable data architectures using: Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and PowerBI to meet business and analytics needs.- Data Pipeline Management:Design, optimize, and manage data pipelines, ensuring efficient data flow and high-quality data integration across systems.- Collaboration and Strategy:Work with data engineers, leadership, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into effective data models and architectures.- Data Innovation: Continuously monitor and evaluate new data technologies to enhance the data infrastructure, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of data innovation.- Data Governance and Quality: Establish best practices for data quality and governance, ensuring data integrity across all stages of data processing.Required Skills:- Data Architecture Expertise: 6+ years of experience in data architecture, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or strategic leadership role.- Technical Proficiency: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and demonstrated expertise in data modeling, ETL processes and data warehousing.- Data Tools: Proficiency with dbt, Fivetran, PowerBI and SQL especially for Snowflake data transformations with dbt.- Data Governance Knowledge: Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards.- Collaboration and Leadership: Proven experience as a lead developer, establishing best practices and mentoring team members.Preferred Skills:- Advanced degree or certifications in data management or architecture.- Familiarity with Azure and Microsoft suite tools (Excel).- Location: Remote, PolandSalary range & Conditionsfully remote role from PolandB2B cooperation28.000-30.000 PLN netpaid holidays
