Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive General Manager to join our team at SheCodes.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader and operational expert who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving efficiency across the organization, and collaborating with the CEO to achieve SheCodes’ growth goals.With a global presence and hundreds of thousands of students, SheCodes is expanding rapidly while continuing to deliver high-quality learning experiences.As General Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high-performing team culture.

You will oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives and align all departments toward achieving the company’s vision.Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and execute key business strategies and operational plans.

Operational Oversight: Manage and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure smooth department workflows.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their goals and drive overall company performance.

Project Ownership: Oversee special projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.

Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance team productivity and scalability.

Financial Management: Support budgeting, cost management, and financial planning to ensure sustainable growth.

HR and Culture: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and team development while fostering a positive, high-performance culture.

Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, track project progress, and address bottlenecks to ensure milestones are achieved.

Communication: Act as a critical communication bridge between leadership and the broader team to ensure priority alignment.
