In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business through both inbound and outbound sales efforts, identifying and qualifying leads to fuel our growth initiatives.Responsibilities Efficiently handle inbound leads, assess client needs, and guide them through the sales process.
Identify and research potential leads through various sources, including online databases, partnerships, social media, and networking events.
Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and social outreach to build relationships and qualify opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies that align with broader business goals.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Analyze and report on lead generation efforts, making recommendations for improvements in processes and strategies.
Work closely with marketing to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales pipeline.
Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
