We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manage eager to join us on this mission.Technical Project Manager (6-months fixed term contract)What will you be doing?
You'll act as a bridge between the technical team and the client and orchestrate teamwork to foster collaboration and professional service delivery for the client.
Delivering top-quality results that align with or exceed client expectations.Responsible for multiple work streams within a project, advising on process improvements for client's better use of the system.Coordinate the allocation of resources, ensuring that development teams have the necessary tools, materials, and time to execute their tasks effectively.Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and progress.Coordinating meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, ensuring the availability of necessary materials and resources, and fostering clear communication among participants to ensure meetings are efficient and productive.Motivate and manage the project team to work together productively maximizing effectiveness.Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders, providing clear insights into project status, risks, and key decisions.Must have:Proven experience in IT project management, with a minimum of 4 years managing software development projects or working closely with development teams.Previous experience working within IT environments or technical teams, with a clear understanding of the technical landscape, including software development lifecycle and infrastructure.Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).Problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying risks, resolving project issues, and ensuring the team remains on track.Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence)Being proactive and having critical-thinking skillsFluent in Polish and EnglishPerks & benefits:Full-remote workKnowledge-sharing sessionsReferral programIf you want to recommend the offer to your friend go to our form
