This acquisition is a significant part of our long-term strategy, as it will allow us to build, deploy, and optimize landing pages that convert without requiring a developer's assistance.Instapage is a passionate and ambitious team of 100+ people on a mission to empower marketers to reduce costs, grow conversions, and deliver relevant landing page experiences that increase brand trust, customer loyalty, and conversion rates.And now, we are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.What you'll be working on:Be the internal expert on the Instapage marketing technology stack across tools, integrations, processes, workflows, and dataEvaluate, procure, and deploy marketing tools needed to achieve business goalsAdminister and manage the tools in the marketing technology stack directly and in collaboration with IT, development, and other operations teamsOwn the technical execution of all marketing campaignsCollaborate with the various teams to plan, launch and track marketing campaigns across the various tools in the marketing stackManage the leads database, create and maintain segmentation, implement lead scoring and routingAdminister and execute campaigns in our marketing automation platform (currently HubSpot)Own all tool migrationsOwn the modeling, planning, and weekly tracking of marketing funnel metrics and performanceTrack and analyze campaign performance across all funnels and share insights regularly with all stakeholdersWhat we expect from you:Undergraduate degree in marketing or related field3-5 years experience in marketing operations, preferably in a high growth SaaS company with PLG and sales led motionsAdvanced expertise in HubSpot administrationPrior experience implementing marketing automation migrationsExperience successfully collaborating with a cross-functional teamData driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skillsExcellent communication skillsExperience working with geographically dispersed teamsIf you would like to join our team, send us your CV.
