You will be assigned to a product enabling ERGO Tied Agents to benefit from targeting their audience.How you will get the job donecreating IT product definitions in a way that the products can be flexible with adjusting to changing business needs and possibly to reuse them in the futuremanaging digital product backlogs, mapping epics into stories in a ‘clean’ and understandable way, including DoD and DoR, according to business values, architectural decisions considering potential technical debts or regulatory requirementsensuring the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all and shows what the Scrum Team will work on nextactively and regularly communicating with businesses about current work and plansmaintaining the product roadmap through collaboration with business – considering and influencing external dependencies – teams and vendorscooperating with the Project Manager and Architect to deliver complex solutions built out of multiple productsworking as a digital Product Owner for IT solutions, prioritizing changes for the development teamco-planning and contributing to the release management processkeeping the apps up and running to ensure current speed, performance and also legal, security and functionality points of vieworganizing product backlog and delivering needed and communicating with respective partiesanalyzing the incidents with QA helpprioritizing technical debt after consultations with the Architect, Engineering Lead and teamidentifying the future potential of your products and getting your teams, customers, and business network excited about itpreparing required product documentation, correspondence, and presentationsobserving KPIs of your products, and informing the team about resulting business valuetools we use daily: JIRA, Confluence, Miro, MS Office, MS Teams and SharePointSkills and experience you will needfluency in English2-3 years of experience in the role of Product Owner or Product Managerproactive mindset, project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyexcellent communication skills and ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignmentgood organization skillsability to manage bigger and new but also smaller and legacy products or functionalitiesability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace change with a positive attitudeknowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies (especially SCRUM and Kanban)flexible approach to lead and support the team and product lifecyclestakeholder and dependencies management skillsbroad knowledge of IT, either from a Computer Science degree or self-studyNice to havegood German – B2 at leastexperience in end-to-end project deliveryexperience with CMS – ideally with Adobe Experience Manager and/or CMS migration projectsPerks & BenefitsLet's be healthyMedical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.Let's be balancedWork-life balance is a key aspect of a healthy workplace.
