We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Solutions Architect to join the client team.

In this role, you will play a critical part within your area of responsibility, helping the business understand its technology landscape and how it can support their needs and future vision.

You will take the lead in proposing and agreeing on solutions within the architecture community, and you will proactively support project teams in determining how your solution designs will be implemented by the delivery teams, guiding them throughout the implementation process.Your responsibilitiesLead internal and external teams to deliver cost-effective and innovative technology solutions across various technology areasAct as a subject matter expert in your domain, advocating for the architecture team and serving as the primary point of contactAlign business requirements with technology, shaping appropriate solutions for multiple global and market systemsEnsure that applications and systems meet user expectations, while continuously evolving, improving, and maintaining themContribute to the creation of application roadmaps to identify software end-of-life risks and evolve the technology landscapeSupport and assure the quality of designs within the architecture team, while mentoring peers and the broader teamEnsure that all IT changes are properly governed and aligned with application roadmaps and the overall IT strategy, standards, and practicesActively engage in business development activities to maintain a holistic view of the portfolio of changes, ensuring the most effective solutions are identifiedOur requirementsExpertise in software architecture, design patterns, and practices, with significant experience in cloud ecosystemsProven experience leading teams and managing resources in a matrix structureDemonstrated technical capabilities in areas such as mobile application architecture, CRM, and other customer technology solutionsExtensive knowledge and practical experience in all phases of project lifecycles, delivering IT solutions for medium or large organizationsExperience working with international teams, preferably in the financial services sectorExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement as a facilitator, communicator, peer, and mentorFluency in English is requiredBenefitsCompany car as a benefit or a car allowanceAnnual bonusComprehensive medical careLife insuranceUoPIf you're a forward-thinking architect with expertise in modern technology landscapes, we encourage you to apply!
