Job Description

CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is currently seeking a Military Construction Evaluator supporting the Army National Guard’s G-9 Construction Facilities Management Office (CFMO).

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Developing technical documents including memorandums and correspondence.

Reviewing MILCON plans and specifications for accuracy, deficiencies, and meeting all publication laws and regulations.

Assisting with the development and draft of design authority memorandums after DD Form 1390/1391 review.

Assisting with communication on matters related to the ARNG MILCON project and program as directed by the government.

Participate in person or through government approved communications in State schedule program charettes.

Reviewing State MILCON Programs to identify and suggest forecasts for current and future year MILCON workload.

Expected salary range: $72,000 - $92,000Work Environment: Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).

Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Ability to work in remote and rural environments.

Physical Demands: While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.

Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Ability to drive a motor vehicle in environments including city, highway, and rural roads CONUS and OCONUS.
