For this role, we are looking for someone to join Nykredit – one of the banks BEC Poland works closely with.
Nykredit is both a bank and a mortgage provider owned by an association of customers.
Being customer-owned, they are in a unique position to give something back to their customers when they are doing well.

This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw and you will join our Treasury team in Wealth Technology.
The area domain is responsible for the IT systems used by Nykredit within risk management, investment, asset management, and Markets.
In your daily work, you will be part of our Treasury team and our SimCorp Dimension community, translating complex issues into robust and scalable IT solutions that support the continued growth and profitability of the business.
At Nykredit, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to eight days per month.
Your direct manager will be Thomas Skou.Primary task and responsibilities include: Serving as a professional sparring partner within the team and with other stakeholdersDriving, facilitating, and coordinating major tasks together with the Treasury team, our product owner, and other stakeholdersAnalysis tasks based on business needs, requirements, and our best practices for development in SimCorp DimensionConfiguring and implementing solutions in SimCorp Dimension To succeed you will have: A relevant education in IT, economics, finance, or similarAt least 10 years of experience with SimCorp Dimension, including implementation experience with instruments, modules, or similar.
You have experience in business-oriented functional areas and have been a user of SimCorp Dimension, for example, from a front, middle, or back office function.Experience in driving/managing large tasks or projects in the financial sector, focusing on the capital markets areaStrong communication skills and experience in communicating complex issues and solutions within the IT and capital markets areaExperience in acting as a role model and previously serving as an SME or similarExperience in making decisions within your area of responsibilityA results-oriented and customer-focused mindset, and you are motivated by delivering value to the businessAn inclusive collaborative style, and you value diversity and equality in your team and organizationBe your best self with Nykredit’s benefits!
