DescriptionWe are now seeking an IT Business Analyst with strong technical and communication skills to join our internal team.
The IT Business Analyst will have the opportunity to impact the day-to-day effectiveness of our operations and contribute to the continued success of our company.
This position will have routine interaction with Federal agency stakeholders and users.
Responsibilities Reports to the Project Lead.
Develop and manage detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, risk identification and mitigation plans as well as monthly reports and overall KPIs.
Gather, analyze and document requirements for enhancements or new features.
Set priorities, define project schedules, coordinate project resources (both internal and external) and facilitate sprint planning (where applicable).
Provide Tier 3 support, conducting advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve complex issues.
Create and execute testing plans and test client application(s) using industry standards and tools, version control, and build and test automation to meet business, technical, security, governance, and compliance requirements.
Write user stories and perform quality assurance testing on stories.
Log deliverables and tracking timelines.
Continually monitor system and application performance.
Ensure data consistency and adherence to quality standards in deployed solutions and track exceptions for follow-up.
Organize meetings to discuss project goals and progress.
Provide users with support and/or training, including installation and troubleshooting.
Perform system support planning, implementation and administrative procedures in compliance with all IntegrityM and client requirements.
Document and maintain department policies and procedures.
Follow established operating policies to mitigate risk.
Ensure data quality control through routine audits and validation processes.
