You'll be supported by a team that’s eager to collaborate and bring out the best in each other.Key Responsibilities:Elicit business requirements through various techniques such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and site visits.Evaluate and reconcile information from multiple sources, distinguishing user requests from underlying needs.Collaborate with internal and external customers to analyze information needs and deliver artefacts such as Functional Requirements, Business Requirements Documents, Use Cases.Communicate effectively with the Executive Team to make sure that created documents and artifacts reflect correctly with company objectives and needs.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Master’s degree is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong understanding of network infrastructure, anycast delivery, and cloud technologies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.Proven strong requirements documentation, requirements development/elaboration skills, system/user guides documentation.Ability to gather and elaborate requirements fast in an outsourced environment, which includes the ability to be flexible in schedule so as to decrease the impact of time difference.Relevant certifications (CBAP or similar) are considered a plus.Our Perks And Benefits:Choose your working mode and working hoursPaid Vacation days: 24 working daysPaid Sick days: 15 working daysThe opportunity to dedicate up to 10% of working hours for self-education and personal development
