We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.Responsibilities and DutiesOCT has multiple openings for analysts with specialized experience in contract closeout activities, including financial analysis and reconciliation to support funding de-obligation and contract closeout.Qualified candidates will possess 3 - 10 years of relevant contract closeout experience as a federal government employee, member of the Armed Forces, or contractor.

Expertise in closing all contract types (Fixed Price, Time & Material, Cost Reimbursement, and hybrid) and IAAs is required.
