Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of: Senior Software Engineer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Poznan, Poland Your responsibilities: Convert business requirements into high-quality solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement).
Hands-on development with an agile delivery team dedicated to design, development, and delivery of solutions.
Communicate with relevant stakeholders to continually demonstrate, refine, and improve our products.
Work alongside Deere Product Owner and 3rd-party functional consultants to develop a deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform.
Mentor and lead other software engineers on the team.
Our requirements: 5+ years of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) development experience.
Experience working with software test automation techniques (Test Driven Development) and Unit Test Frameworks.
Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions.
Understanding of CRM tools and related business processes.
Proven experience in an Agile/Scrum team environment.
Ability to analyze and solve complex application problems.
Nice to have: Hands-on experience with extending the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform through configuration as well as code using Microsoft Power Platform, Workflows, Plugins and JavaScript with one or more of the following D365 / Dynamics CRM modules: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service.
Microsoft Azure Cloud, power platform experience, application architecture and design experience.
Appetite for continuous learning and willingness/dedication to develop deep technical skills needed to further develop, transform, and modernize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE products, processes, and solutions.
Skilled in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
