We are currently seeking a Software Engineer to become a part of GTS (Global Technology Services) team which is responsible for integrating data from legacy client systems into our world class enterprise software products.In this role you will...Analyze user requirements and assimilate technical specifications in effective manner.Code & deliver the product, with a first-time right approach.Be a Subject Matter Expert in one or more data integration/ web services workflows.Ability to quickly establishing the root cause of an issue and create plan of actionServe as a point-of-escalation for engineer community; anticipate and remove technical roadblocks, as needed.Assist the Sales Teams, Account Management, and Implementation to summarize client requests and suggest enhancements to existing applications and/or processes.Test all aspects of a change to ensure meeting the system and client requirements.Provide technical guidance to clients integrating to a SaaS solution.Interaction with global development teams, QA teams and Release teams.Act as technical expert and mentor/ assist peers/ junior engineers.Work closely with Engineering Manager.
