Curology is creating the next generation of skincare through customized treatment plans and formulas with powerful prescription ingredients for acne, anti-aging and hair loss.

We believe great skin shouldn’t be a luxury, but a fact of life.As the Shopper Marketing Manager at Curology, you will be essential in developing and executing strategies that drive brand growth and enhance customer engagement within the omni-channel retail landscape.

You will leverage your understanding of digital, in-store, and retailer media networks to deliver growth in existing retail customers and successful launches in new retail customers.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Integrated Marketing Communications, and Product Development, to ensure that our marketing efforts align with overall business objectives and effectively communicate Curology's value to consumers.

Understand both Roundel and Walmart Connect media networksEssential Duties & Job Functions Full Funnel Planning:  Develop full funnel shopper marketing plans that drive reach/awareness, consideration, and conversion across a variety of media channels (social, retailer media networks, retailer search, digital coupons, in-store, display, etc.).

Collaborate the Integrated Marketing team to ensure alignment between national media and retailer media plans.

Digital Merchandising:  Lead our broker teams to build and optimize digital shelves (PDPs, brand store, etc.).

Retailer Search Management:  Oversee the execution of retailer search including planning/objective setting and continuous optimization.

Retailer Media:  Work directly with retailer media networks like Roundel and Walmart Connect to build and optimize plans.

Promotional Planning and Execution:  Work with brokers partners, Sales team, and Creative to develop in-store promotions, merchandising strategies, and point-of-sale materials that enhance the consumer shopping experience and increase brand visibility.

D2C Synergies:  Identify opportunities to build awareness & drive traffic to brand websites so consumers can benefit from the full suite of Curology’s product offerings (Rx + non-Rx) and care model.

Retailer Sell-In:  Collaborate with the Sales team to create sell-in materials and presentations that equip retail partners to effectively promote Curology products.

Analyze & Action On Performance Insights:  Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of shopper marketing initiatives and turn insights into optimize strategies to drive results.
