Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Support senior leaders in providing Data Governance solutionsLead the development and customer implementation of key strategic documents Lead change management within the customers organizationAssist in the design of customer ‘future state’Understand how data moves through customers systems and processes, address questions and concerns regarding data quality and integrity, and work with IT system and business process leads to make changes related to data governanceCollaborate with Business Process owners and Data StewardsUnderstand and implement industry best practicesCollaborate with internal and external partners to ensure issues are identified, tracked, communicated and resolved in a timely mannerAbility to understand the lowest detail of a process and understand its implications on broader, integrated processesAnalyze proposed changes and provide benefits and risks of alternative approachesRecommend process enhancements to automate production that will improve data integrity, accuracy, productivity, efficiency, and profitabilityAbility to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in the fast paced environmentRequired skills:3-5 years of related experience in data governance or business analysisExperience in establishing and executing data governance or data stewardship programs, as well as knowledge of data governance, data management and data quality standards and practicesExperience in updating data policies, definitions, business rules, standards, and workflows Ability to identify gaps and trends in poor data quality or progress against KPIs using reportingRisk Management, Information Security, Privacy and Compliance experience is a plusExperience with industry frameworks e.g.
