Key responsibilities:Develop and implement custom solutions in ServiceNowUtilize basic knowledge of ServiceNow administration to configure and maintain the platformImplement technical solutions based on provided technical designs, ensuring adherence to best practices and platform capabilitiesAssist the development lead in designing solutions, contributing to technical planning and effort estimation for tasksCreate and manage reports using ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics, supporting data-driven decision-making processesWork with Team Development code repositories, managing code versions and utilizing pull/push mechanisms within ServiceNowPrepare comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs and release manuals, to support ongoing development and system updatesIdeal candidate profile:2 years of experience as ServiceNow developerAt least basic knowledge about ServiceNow administrationExcellence in implementing solutions based on technical solution designAbility to support development lead in designing solutions and estimating workAt least basic experience in implementing reports using ServiceNow Reporting and Performance AnalyticsExperience in working with SCRUM teams in JIRA/Asana and ServiceNow toolsFamiliarity with Team Development code repository pull/push mechanisms in ServiceNowAbility to prepare technical documentation incl.
