Our programs, which range from outpatient care to residential treatment, are centered on promoting emotional, behavioral, and developmental healing.Compensation: $110,000 to $130, 000 per year with benefitsJob Responsibilities:Provides counseling and crisis intervention services, including the assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral issues in patients.Collaborates with family members and/or the support system on treatment plans and discharge planning.Communicates patient progress, concerns, and potential issues to physicians.Ensures timely and accurate documentation, including clinical and progress notes, as per department policy.Works with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans, including discharge plans, based on psychosocial assessments and recognized social work interventions.
