We are looking for a proactive and independent Data Engineer to build and implement data architecture on Azure from scratch.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment, enjoys taking initiative, and has experience working with banking data.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage end-to-end data pipelines and architecture in Azure.Work with data from multiple sources, transforming and migrating it to Azure.Optimize data workflows and ensure their scalability and efficiency.Collaborate with teams to define data requirements and share expertise.Maintain data security and compliance with relevant standards.Troubleshoot and enhance existing data processes as needed.RequirementsStrong experience with banking data (mandatory).Proficiency in building data pipelines with Azure Data Factory.Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python.Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics and Data Lake.Familiarity with Azure Databricks and real-time data tools like Stream Analytics or Event Hubs.Solid understanding of data modeling, schema design, and optimization techniques.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with tools like Azure Purview for data governance.Knowledge of machine learning workflows in Azure Machine Learning.This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative data projects and make a real impact in a growing team.
