We are looking for someone that can be a leader on the Organic Growth team with an emphasis on using deep strategic knowledge to guide clients into the best ways to grow their business through partnership with Raindrop.
The core goal of this role will be helping Raindrop grow and retain clients.
Once clients partner with Raindrop they are excited to continue to learn and grow with us.
We need someone that can bring DtC, Retail and CPG experience to the table in order to nurture these relationships, push clients to new heights and dive into the details when needed to bring forward strategic nuggets and insights.
This role will be responsible for supporting overall agency organic growth goals, leading client retention strategies and ensuring that Raindrop’s clients feel led on their marketing journey.
Cross department collaboration is key to success in this role.
They will partner closely with Sales, Strategy, Account Management and Creative in order to ensure that the strategies, projects and plans our clients entrust us with are executed at the highest possible level to deliver incredible work with an amazing experience.
This will be a base + commission role that is preferably based in San Diego.
Client meetings are expected several times a month with existing clients on set in or around San Diego.
Remote may be considered with frequent travel expectations.RESPONSIBILITIESOrganic Growth A key leader in the Organic Growth team and overall client experience for Raindrop Accountable for Organic Growth goals and attainment Supports SVP with territory planning for existing client partnerships Generate needs with existing clients, collaborate internally on recommendations, build and present proposals and scopes of work Partner closely with the New Business team to ensure a clear and thorough transition into the proper Organic Growth funnel as they become clients of Raindrop Partner closely with the Account Management team to understand existing Client scopes, Account Plans and retention strategies to organically consider growth opportunities A primary relationship holder with 25+, outbound clients Raindrop Leadership Be an active coach, mentor and leader to the team members on the Organic Growth, Strategy & Account Management Teams Sits on the Director Team as a key member of leadership and department cross collaboration Work closely with the Director of Organic Growth and Resource Management to ensure there is clarity on current and upcoming client needs Work closely with Creative leads to ensure there is clear direction and strategy A key leader and voice in product development and helping to ensure that the products Raindrop is offering are tailored to our clients’ needs Culture Be a positive contributor to the people-first Raindrop culture Be an example and champion of the Raindrop values: Partner Generously, Make it Better and Own Your Future
