Simulation Engineer Location: Kraków (hybrid)Client’s profile: A worldwide leader in providing cutting-edge and sustainable mobility solutions for the automotive industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop MASTA transmission system driveline models to support current production programs and NBOs.Perform system-level design analysis to estimate bearing damage, Gear safety factors, and overall system stiffness and provide design change recommendations.Perform system dynamic analysis to estimate vibration levels and provide design feedback to mitigate potential NVH issues.Perform subsystem/system level structural/dynamic FEA.Perform Transmission Error analysisStructural optimization using various methodologies.Writing reports for summarizing the analysis results and reviewing all project-related analysis results to ensure the accuracy of project reports.What we are looking forMS in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.Minimum of 7 years of experience working with automotive driveline components.Expertise in designing driveline components like bearings, gears, and shafts.Design knowledge of park systems for automotive applications.Good technical knowledge of vibration damping methods and NVH.Expertise in analysis tools like MASTA / ROMAX and ANSYS is required.Expertise in mechanical finite element analysis (FEA).Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.Fluet English.What we offerExtensive Medicover health insurance for employees and their families.Subsidized Multisport card to promote fitness and wellness.Option for PZU or Generali insurance for employees’ children.Flexible working hours to support work-life balance.Hybrid work (2 days at the office),Competitive salary based on experience and skills.Holiday bonuses and Christmas gifts for employees' children.Access to professional development opportunities, including training in both hard and soft skills, as well as language courses.Check out other interesting jobs on:
