We’re seeking a Marketing Data Analyst (aka The Insightful Marketer) to analyze data, uncover insights, and provide strategic recommendations that enhance our marketing initiatives and optimize customer engagement.As a Marketing Data Analyst at our client, you’ll work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to provide data-driven insights that inform campaign strategies, customer segmentation, and channel optimization.

Your work will be essential in helping the organization reach its audience more effectively and maximize return on marketing investment.Key Responsibilities: Analyze Marketing Campaign Performance: Conduct in-depth analyses of marketing campaigns to evaluate performance across channels, including digital ads, email, social media, and more.

You’ll identify what’s working and what isn’t to improve ROI.

Provide Customer and Market Insights: Utilize data analytics to understand customer behavior, demographics, and preferences.

You’ll develop actionable insights for audience segmentation and personalized marketing strategies.

Develop Marketing Dashboards and Reports: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.

You’ll ensure marketing teams have easy access to real-time performance metrics.

Conduct A/B Testing and Experimentation: Set up and analyze A/B tests for marketing campaigns to determine the most effective tactics.

You’ll provide insights on what optimizations yield the highest conversion rates and engagement.

Collaborate on Marketing Strategy and Planning: Work with marketing managers to align data insights with strategy and planning.

You’ll recommend optimizations for campaigns, budgeting, and channel allocations.

Monitor and Report on Key Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, and retention.

You’ll communicate trends, successes, and areas for improvement.

Stay Updated on Marketing Analytics Tools and Trends: Keep up with advancements in marketing analytics, data tools, and methodologies.

You’ll bring innovative solutions to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting.
