Job Description

We seek a Senior to C-Level Digital Marketing Expert with deep expertise in real estate, geospatial analysis (with a strong proficiency in ArcGIS), and a software engineering background.

The successful candidate will lead our digital marketing strategy and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced geospatial tools, data analytics, and technology into innovative marketing campaigns.

This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can bridge the gap between marketing, technology, and data-driven insights to position the company as a market leader.Key Responsibilities • Digital Marketing Leadership:• Develop, execute, and oversee a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business goals in the real estate sector.• Lead efforts to leverage digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, PPC, and content marketing) to attract, engage, and convert target audiences.• Integrate geospatial analysis and data-driven marketing techniques to enhance real estate market outreach and targeting.• Geospatial and Data-Driven Marketing:• Utilize ArcGIS and other geospatial tools to analyze real estate market trends, demographics, and property data, providing actionable insights for marketing strategies.• Develop data-driven marketing campaigns that leverage location-based insights and geographic data to target potential clients and opportunities.• Collaborate with the real estate and development teams to visualize market data and present findings in compelling formats that support business objectives.• Software Engineering and Tech Integration:• Oversee the integration of marketing automation systems, customer data platforms (CDP), CRM, and other marketing technologies, ensuring they are optimized for scalability.• Lead the digital transformation of marketing functions, leveraging technology and software solutions to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and personalization.• Work with software engineering teams to develop and implement marketing tools, platforms, and data pipelines that support digital marketing initiatives.• Cross-Functional Collaboration:• Work closely with product development, real estate, and executive leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.• Provide technical leadership in evaluating and selecting new marketing technologies and platforms, ensuring alignment with data, software, and marketing strategies.• Market Research and Trend Analysis:• Stay up to date with the latest real estate market trends, digital marketing strategies, geospatial technology advancements, and software engineering practices.• Analyze market data, customer behaviors, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and ensure a competitive edge in digital marketing efforts.• Team Leadership and Development:• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance on digital marketing best practices, geospatial analysis, and technology integration.• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the marketing and technology teams.
