Key responsibilities:Management, administration and enhancements to BI systems located in MS Azure Cloud environmentParticipating in large scale projects, (eg platform migrations to/between Cloud, building new environments/scaling/performance tuning, upgrades)Development of changes based on customer requirements and best practices (eg setting up new connections, development and enhancements to dashboards, pipelines creation)Troubleshooting users’ issues on platform levelProposing service improvementsWe require:Understanding of Infrastructure and Platform components and familiarity with performance tuning (network, servers, Active Directory, load balancers); technical knowledge and experience in Hosting and related technologies (Cloud, Windows Server, storage, backup, virtualization, etc.)Proficient communication skills (English) with both technical and non-technical colleagues from geographically distributed teams on all organizational levelsBeing a team-player with problem-solving, proactive and initiative-taking attitude who can challenge the status quoExperience working with external companies, professional and responsible approach to work with customer focusWillingness to operate in flexible work arrangementsWe appreciate: Experience in BI or ETL technologies (eg Aecorsoft, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SAC/AfO).
