We are looking for a Solutions Architect with experience in one or more of the following specialties: Bioinformatics/Computational Biology, Cloud Infrastructure, Real-World Data and/or Genomic Medicine.

The candidate should enjoy working hands-on with our commercial team, scientists, software engineers, and clients to solve challenges in the world of Genomics and Precision Medicine.You will provide exceptional technical knowledge and thought leadership in your specialty, while working with a world-class sales and business development team.

You will lead efforts to capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the solutions architect community.

You will gain the opportunity to learn from, collaborate with, and educate some of the brightest technical minds in the industry today across the breadth of genomics and bioinformatics.As a Solutions Architect at Lifebit, you’ll be the bridge between Sales, Product Management, and our Solutions teams, playing an essential role in supporting Sales with technical expertise to drive deal closure.

Based in the Boston and or DC area, you’ll work closely with prospective and current clients, showcasing the capabilities of Lifebit’s platform through tailored demonstrations and technical selling.

This position is integral to enabling customer success by aligning Lifebit’s solutions with clients’ technical needs and business goals.
