Job Description

Navajo Prep is looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Customer Success/Call Center/Customer Service Representative to become a part of our dynamic team.

In this position, you will be the voice of our organization, assisting students, parents, and staff with inquiries related to our programs and services.

Your role will involve handling incoming calls, responding to emails, and providing outstanding customer service to ensure that all interactions are positive and informative.

You will play a crucial part in building relationships with our community and ensuring that their needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Provide detailed information about school programs, admission processes, and academic resources.

Document interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system for accurate record-keeping.

Assist in resolving customer issues in a timely manner, following up to ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and support.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality and personal development.
