In this role we seek scientists familiar with modeling of DNA, RNA, and their interaction with proteins using atomistic and coarse-grained simulation techniques.

The responsibilities will include development of novel methods and their application to complex macromolecular systems and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders on drug discovery projects.

The preferred candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong scientific background and research experience in the area of interest.

The proficiency in programming and design of parallel and efficient software architectures using Python is strongly preferred.

Knowledge of other programming languages such as C/C++ and Julia is also a plus.
