We are committed to providing high-quality outsourcing services that set us apart in a crowded market.Job SummaryThe Director of Sales will lead our sales strategy, drive outbound outreach, and scale our sales team to support our rapid growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can build and manage high-performing sales teams and develop outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email marketing, and other channels.Key Responsibilities· - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.· - Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.· - Manage outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email marketing, and other platforms.· - Navigate the RFP/RFI/RFQ marketplace and prepare compelling proposals.· - Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure alignment between sales efforts and brand messaging.· - Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
