This strategic leadership role will be key to driving our growth in North America by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers.

As a hands-on leader, you will manage your own deals while guiding the North American sales team.Reporting to the Global Sales Director in the UK, this is a remote role that allows you to work from Eastern or Central, North America.

However, occasional travel and in-person meetings will be part of your role.

We understand the importance of work-life balance and will support you in managing your professional and personal commitments.Key responsibilities: 1. Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, hire, and retain top sales talent to build a high-performing team.

Mentor and coach sales leadership and team members to drive peak performance.

Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing, constructive feedback.

Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

  1. Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring a healthy flow of opportunities.

Lead by example in key deals, managing top-tier negotiations.

Analyze sales metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.

Provide accurate revenue forecasting and assess deal closure probabilities.

  1. Customer & Partner Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.

Participate in high-stakes customer meetings to drive deals and renewals.

  1. Cross-Department Collaboration: Align with the Business Development and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation.

Work closely with Product teams to provide insights that shape product enhancements.

  1. Sales Process & Strategy Optimization: Utilize CRM and data analytics to track performance and refine the sales strategy.

Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance sales efficiency.

  1. Market Intelligence & Strategy: Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and the competitive landscape.

Gather customer and sales team feedback to refine go-to-market strategies.

  1. Reporting & Communication: Report on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and progress towards goals to the global leadership team.
