As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Foley customers.
In this role you will serve as a trusted advisor, partner and program owner to your clients.
In this role, you’ll communicate with clients regularly to understand their requirements and expectations, provide updates and technical support and ensure the proactive and timely resolution of issues as they arise.
