Description: This role will be dynamic and data-focused, responsible for delivering impactful training sessions, driving provider engagement through initiatives, and maintaining up-to-date metrics on provider performance and training efficacy.
This role is pivotal in supporting the rapid expansion of provider patient panels by bringing engaging, results-driven learning experiences and tactics to our team of providers.
The Practice Growth Coach will work closely with various cross-functional teams to design, execute, and analyze provider-facing training, communication, contests, and competitions.
This role is ideal for a data-oriented individual who excels in training delivery and knows how to foster performance through innovative learning and motivation.
Responsibilities: Training & Delivery: Lead individual and group training sessions for new and existing providers, ensuring clarity, engagement, and consistency with the practice’s growth goals.
Develop and implement knowledge checks, role plays, and practical activities to ensure knowledge retention and skill application.
Regularly assess and adjust enablement materials, such as the Provider Playbook, based on provider feedback.
Track performance metrics to evaluate the learning experience.
Travel Requirements: Approximately 40% travel required to support business operations and education calendar.
Engagement: Design and oversee provider engagement initiatives such as competitions, contests, and learning experiences that drive motivation and measurable progress.
Manage and track performance metrics, using data to improve future strategies.
Facilitates 1x1 coaching for providers, ensuring they have the tools needed to grow their practice.
Engages in group forums, like Teams Channels, to answer questions and provide guidance.
Data Tracking & Reporting: Collect and analyze data on provider engagement, training effectiveness, and skill development.
Generate insights from data to inform continuous improvement in training and engagement tactics.
Regularly report on training outcomes and provider progress to key stakeholders, supporting a data-driven approach to practice growth.
Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with the Practice Growth Specialist to align training initiatives with overall growth strategies and patient panel expansion goals.
Work with Marketing and Provider Support teams to promote and integrate incentive initiatives and training initiatives across communication channels.
Maintain a strong feedback loop with providers to adapt and refine engagement techniques based on provider needs and trends.
