About the Role: As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic and operational resource for managers and employees, driving initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and compliance.

You will support all stages of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and development, while providing HR expertise and fostering positive work relationships.

Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring managers and employees and assisting with the recruitment process, including participating in interviews as needed.
