Role Overview:As a Client Success Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their successful adoption, satisfaction, and growth with our product.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly sales and product, to solve complex client challenges, mitigate client risks, drive client renewals, and identify opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our product.

Proactively manage client relationships, enabling maximum adoption, minimizing risk, securing retention and identify areas for client growth.

Understand clients’ business goals and generate tailored success plans to optimize client ROI.

Lead negotiations and support the close of renewals and upsell opportunities.

Work closely with the sales team to identify and act on cross-selling opportunities.

Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to advocate for clients’ needs and provide feedback on product enhancements.

Monitor and analyze client data to ensure optimal usage and additional product engagement of the platform and provide actionable insights.

Solve complex business challenges by leveraging a deep understanding of both financial and technical systems.
