We are an Online Agency and are looking for a fun driven, highly motivated and ambitious people to join us on our journey.The job responsibilities include: Responding to and resolving customer service inquiries via phone, email and CRM channels Preparing certificates of insurance and processing changes requested by customers Updating Salesforce CRM system with customer and policy information Making outbound calls to existing customers to solicit policy renewals Picking up the overflow calls from the sales desk and taking messages from time to time What sets a BizInsure Account Manager apart?
