This role involves managing user identities, access control, and authentication systems within a complex, enterprise-level environment.
The IAM Specialist will be responsible for implementing role-based access controls, supporting multi-factor authentication (MFA), and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations such as HIPAA and PCI-DSS.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to security, and excellent communication skills for working cross-functionally with IT and security teams.
They will also play a key role in conducting regular access reviews, ensuring proper user provisioning, and managing identity governance.
