Health iPASS recently became part of Sphere Commerce, a Waud-capital backed payments company serving a majority of the Health Systems in the country and processes over $30B in payments annually.JOB DESCRIPTIONUnder the direction of the VP of Product, the Implementation Manager will build and maintain trusted relationships across a portfolio of accounts through project planning, proactive client communications, and solution remediation.

In this role you will consult with clients on behalf of Health iPASS to address their needs and goals.

The goal of this role is to understand each customer’s pain points, build solutions to solve them, and provide continuous feedback both internally and externally to improve the product features / functionality.We strive to create a workplace culture in which individuals can be their authentic selves while working towards our company mission.

We don’t solely search for perfect candidates; we look for candidates that are invested in helping us improve while also improving themselves.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Define targets and milestones while leveraging project management tools to appropriately manage client expectations around the Health iPASS platform and drive overall client performance Engage multiple client stakeholders across various leadership roles to ensure the Health iPASS platform both improves and augments existing workflows and processes Understand Health iPASS system functionality and capability including integration components to provide guidance on best utilization Advise clients on communication and deployment strategy to promote maximum adoption starting from initial Go-Live Measure and trend client progress while assessing opportunity areas to leverage in new product development Directly manage multiple accounts through proactive client engagement with regularly recurring touch-points to enhance platform utilization and adoption Plan and support rollout of new releases, including but not limited to training end-user and leadership teams Work cross-functionally with Health iPASS sales, product, and client management teams to define, design, build and release revolutionary Patient Engagement products Up to a maximum of 50% travel primarily for go-lives.

This would be at max about 2 trips a month 2-3 days each.
