Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level decision-makers, gaining a thorough understanding of their business challenges and goals.

Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI to create strategic advantages and address key business needs.

Serve as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing consultation and guidance on AI strategy and solution implementation.

Manage client expectations and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and success.

Business Development and Sales Lead the sales process for AI consulting services, including identifying potential clients, crafting proposals, and presenting tailored solutions to senior executives.

Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand business opportunities within existing client relationships.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify new AI opportunities, articulating the value proposition of AI solutions in addressing specific client challenges.

Solution Design and Delivery Conduct in-depth business needs analysis to identify suitable AI applications and develop customized solutions.

Design and oversee AI project implementation, including phases such as data collection, feature engineering, model development, and deployment.

Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project execution and adherence to quality standards.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Thought Leadership and Expertise Stay informed on emerging AI trends, industry best practices, and cutting-edge technologies to inform client strategies.

Share insights through presentations, publications, and client workshops, establishing thought leadership in AI consulting.

Develop expertise in specific AI domains relevant to client industries, such as NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.

Team Leadership and Mentorship Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, including data scientists, engineers, and consultants, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Drive knowledge sharing within the team and promote best practices in AI project delivery.
