What you will be doing: Create test scenarios and test casesConduct exploratory and non-functional testingMaintain our Playwright/Argos CI setupActively work on test automationCreate reusable code snippets for all test scenariosManage infrastructure to run tests automaticallyUsage of our own performance labEngage with the team to fit the testing schedule into the SDLC Update the traceability matrix when a new change is under development Perform selected tests in PRs under reviewPerform all tests in code freezePredict problems before they happenAssist other team members in reproducing defects and reporting issuesPerform the tests manually inWeb browsers of interestOS of interest (incl. mobile)Product variants (wrappers for JS frameworks) What we expect from you to have: 5+ years of experience in QA3+ years of experience in automation using JavaScriptExcellent understanding of the SDLC processExcellent command of the English language (C1)A determined, consistent, and motivated in improving software quality Nice to have experience:Shift-left testingSelenium, Cypress, or PuppeteerAccessibility testing (WCAG)Behavior Driven Development/Specification-by-exampleGitHub Actions or another CI tool What we can offer: Competitive salary tailored to your experience Flexible working hours and time-off Remote workTraining budgetMultisport card, private medical care and extended life insurance IT equipment of your choice Work in an open environment with a unique culture of a similar minded, supportive, collaborative, and dynamic people who are focused on growth, delivery and innovation Salary of 15 000 - 19 000 PLN gross full-time contract or NET B2B All applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, sex, age, marital or parental status, disability, veteran status, gender identity, or expression.
Recruitment Process1.
Submit your CV 2. Meet our HR Team (45 minutes) You can expect a discussion about the role, company culture, team structure and your background, experience and successes in similar roles 3. Technical interview (1-1,5h) You can expect a deep dive into your testing experience including creating test scenarios or test cases, performing manual testing and working on test automation.4.
Final Interview (1h) At this stage you will have a chance to ask our CEO questions regarding the company, your role and gain a broader perspective of our business strategy, product roadmap etc.
