⬇️ We are looking for a PLM Business Architect to join our client's team, which is working with a leading global manufacturer, currently undergoing a digital transformation in the product lifecycle management space.As a PLM Business Architect specializing in data migration, Part, BOM, and CAD management, you will play a key role in migrating legacy data to a centralized system using TeamCenter as the core application.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful data migration, seamless system integration, and alignment with business processes.
Your expertise will help drive the next generation of product lifecycle management within the company, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and streamlined workflows across business units.🦾 You might be the perfect match if you have/are:4+ years of experience in PLM, IT, or similar rolesStrong expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes, with a focus on Part, BOM, and CAD managementHands-on experience with data migration and transforming legacy systems into centralized solutions (preferably with TeamCenter)Deep understanding of PLM systems architecture and data modelsExperience with data validation, data quality assurance, and testing IT applications and systemsA solid background in working with R&D, IT, or similar business units on data migration and business system implementationsStrong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring smooth project deliveryFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentLocated in Poland (or willing to work remotely within Poland)Nice to have:Experience with TeamCenter implementation or supportBy joining Holisticon Insight you will get:Up to 160 PLN net/h on B2BLife insuranceMultisport cardPrivate medical careFlexible working hoursB2B or contract of employmentAmazing integration events on a regular basisTraining budget (e.g. Microsoft Azure Certifications)Opportunity to impact our company culture build-upWork equipment (HP laptop, 2 monitors, and accessories)Possibility to work remotely or hybrid from one of our offices in Wrocław or Warsaw
