Job Description

Responsibilities:Deeply understand our Customer’s gaming systems and acquire in-depth knowledge of their native API offerings.Set up new operators integrating with our Customer’s native API.Oversee the assigned operators' integration on our Customer’s B2B platform, from initial setup to the go-live phase.Provide proactive technical support and troubleshooting during the integration process to resolve issues promptly.Ensure minimal impact on business operations during hyper-care.Identify and categorize technical issues, escalating them to the internal tech team when necessary.Serve as the primary technical contact for the internal tech team throughout the integration.Maintain detailed records through ticketing systems and contribute to the growth and maintenance of the company’s knowledge base.Develop internal documentation, including procedures, how-to guides, and other necessary operational resources.Seek and implement improvements in integration processes to enhance efficiency and adopt best practices.Job Skills & Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Familiarity with AWS systems, including JSON.Understanding of relational database management systems like MariaDB and SQL.Experience with internal tools like JIRA and Confluence.Basic knowledge of gaming platforms, and familiarity with JavaScript (Node + React) is a strong advantage.Background in technical customer service within the iGaming industry is a plus.
