🚀Job Vacancy: AWS TypeScript Dev Team Lead🌆 Location: Poland , Kraków☝ Cooperation: Hybrid - 3 days office 2 days remote⏰ Contract: B2B, Full-Time Roles & Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Management4+ years experienceLead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.Manage task allocation, code reviews, and ensure high-quality code output.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, to define and deliver software solutions.Technical Architecture & DevelopmentArchitect and develop scalable cloud and IoT applications using TypeScript, JavaScript implementing microservices/event based architectures.Design and implement  AWS solutions with services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and others using Cloud Native Components.Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab to ensure streamlined development and automated deployments.Understand Frontend tasks with Vue framework to delegate as team lead.Deploy infrastructure as code (IaC) on AWS with tools like CDK or CloudFormation.Agile & Process OptimizationDrive and manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring a collaborative, transparent, and efficient workflow.
