We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager.
You’ll be the kind of person who can juggle multiple projects with ease, has a solid understanding of content marketing and events, and loves taking ownership of strategies to drive results for our clients.
Your role will make a real impact on the team and our clients by bridging the gap between strategy and execution, making it possible for us to take on more clients while keeping quality high.In this role, you will:📞 Serve as the main point of contact for 3-5 clients, ensuring smooth and responsive communication📝 Brief and delegate tasks to your pod, including a copywriter, designer, and marketing assistant💪 Roll up your sleeves and dive into execution alongside your team, ensuring strategies come to life effectively.🔍 Review and provide feedback on completed work from pod members, ensuring quality and alignment with strategy🏗️ Support the day-to-day execution of client marketing strategies📈 Report and analyse campaign performance to refine future strategies🤝 Collaborate with the Strategist to adjust and enhance client strategies as neededWorking Hours ⏰: Full-time role, Monday to Friday with core hours between 8am-6pm GMT.
