Job Description
Sinch is looking for a Deliverability Operations Specialist to join our growing team.
This role is crucial to ensuring our customers are happy and have the best delivery possible on the Mailgun and Mailjet email platforms!
As a member of this team, you will be responsible for auditing and resolving reputation issues along with being an advocate for email practices to teammates and customers.
What else does a Deliverability Operations Specialist do?
Responsibilities Measure and improve the reputation of our sending infrastructure to ensure delivery rates are always within an acceptable range Investigate, diagnose, and remediate delivery and deliverability issues by collaborating with customers, internal teams, mailbox providers, and anti-spam vendors Analyze Delivery Status Notification (DSN) messages to optimize our bounce classification system Assist Deliverability Engineers in reviewing and managing our IP inventory Use the data from billions of SMTP connections to identify connection and throughput limits and propose modifications Collaborate with our Deliverability Services teams with the onboarding and ongoing support of their clients Work closely with our Reputation Engineering team to propose and build improvements to our platform Participate in the email community and represent Sinch Email at industry events such as M3AAWG, and contributing to building a network in the industry
