As the bridge between TalentNeuron’s Strategic Workforce Planning solutions and client requirements, you’ll ensure prospects understand how our offerings meet their needs.Key Responsibilities1.

Technical Expertise & Product Demonstrations Provide in-depth product demonstrations, showcasing solutions for end-to-end Strategic Workforce Planning.

Contextualize solutions at the intersection of finance, planning, and talent management.

Customize demos and presentations to address industry-specific challenges for global clients.

Offer expert knowledge on system capabilities, integrations, and configurations to support the sales team.

  1. Solution Design & Scoping Collaborate with sales and clients to understand requirements and design tailored configuration-based solutions.

Recommend best practices by analyzing client workflows and creating solution frameworks.

Support RFP/RFI processes by delivering high-quality responses to technical questions and use cases.

  1. Implementation & Onboarding Facilitate the transition of new clients from sales to implementation.

Lead client workshops and configuration sessions to align solutions with their requirements.

Provide technical expertise to ensure successful delivery of proposed solutions.

  1. Client Relationship Management Act as a trusted advisor by offering insights into product usage, problem-solving, and scalability.

Build strong relationships and ensure a seamless handoff to the post-sales Client Engagement team.

  1. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support Relay client feedback to Product and Engineering teams to suggest feature enhancements.

Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop technical sales materials, white papers, and competitive analyses.

  1. Training & Enablement Conduct training sessions for internal sales teams and clients on advanced functionalities and integrations.

Support the creation and maintenance of training materials within the LMS system.
