With over two decades of expertise, they provide a comprehensive range of products designed to optimize critical insurance operations such as policies, claims management, reinsurance, and payments.
The company stands out for its innovative approach and a keen ability to customize solutions that cater to the unique needs of their clients.The organization is currently in an exciting phase of technological transformation, focused on enhancing their Cloud Native, multi-tenant platform to drive scalability and efficiency.
To support this ambitious initiative, they are establishing a competence center in Warsaw, investing heavily in advanced cloud services.As part of this significant transformation, they are seeking talented professionals for two key roles:UI Developer and UI Architect.Key ResponsibilitiesUI Development: Create and deliver clean, responsive front-end code based on design mockups or design system requirements.
Focus on using the Angular framework with Sass variables to implement mobile and desktop breakpoints.Collaboration: Work closely with Product Teams, stakeholders, and end users to understand and implement application functionality and usability requirements.
Collaborate with the UX Organization to ensure alignment with design standards.Design System: Develop the theme layer, ensuring it adheres to best practices in design, accessibility, and optimization.Technical Refinement: Engage with Product Designers to refine designs based on technical feasibility and suggest improvements when necessary.Debugging and Testing: Perform debugging and unit testing, following established development standards and source code management practices.Best Practices Advocacy: Collaborate with backend developers to implement UI code and promote front-end development best practices.Project Execution: Independently manage tasks and contribute to multiple projects while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Architect-Specific: Take the lead on projects with minimal supervision, define strategic directions for sprints, and work across multiple applications, driving design system development and strategic implementations.RequirementsUI Developer II: 4+ years of professional experience in front-end/UI development.UI Architect: 5+ years of experience in a UI development role, with expertise in building complex applications and defining strategies.Technical Skills: Proficient in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.
Strong experience with variable-driven styles management like SASS and frameworks like jQuery.Design Expertise: Proven ability to develop responsive designs and work effectively with agile development teams.UX Knowledge: Solid understanding of UX design principles and best practices.Architect-Specific: Experience with APIs, data integration, defining requirements, and leading projects independently.
Ability to strategize for tasks over sprints and present to various audiences effectively.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced Degree: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.Industry Experience: Background in the SaaS or enterprise software industry.
Familiarity with P&C insurance applications or software solutions for Policy Administration and/or Billing.Additional Tools: Experience with Gulp, GIT, Azure DevOps, Zurb Foundation, XML, and XSL is a plus.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & BehaviorsAbility to transform design documents into efficient, responsive code.Experience with maintaining design systems and considering responsive behavior.Proven track record of producing clean, intuitive code within enterprise environments.Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with agile processes and cross-browser compatibility solutions.Attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging a variety of audiences.Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and commitment to security best practices.Salary & Benefitsfully remote role from PolandB2B cooperation 20.000-25.000 PLN net per month, based on your experience
