IT Concepts is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the Social Security Administration.
The Business Analyst will help process improvements and enhance operational efficiency within the SSA.
In this role, you will engage with stakeholders to identify business requirements and create essential documentation while leading user acceptance testing.
You will analyze data to support strategic decision-making and recommend automation opportunities.
Your expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies will be vital in navigating projects successfully.
If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact through data-driven solutions, we invite you to apply.Responsibilities: Meeting with stakeholders to identify business requirements Create supporting documentation, such as training schedules and documents, communication documents, process documentation and user acceptance testing documentation Analyze and documenting management information requirements Organize and tracking meeting minutes and action items Assess existing business processes and workflows to recommend enhancements and automation opportunities.
User acceptance testing Anticipate problems and working to mitigate any anticipated cost, schedule, quality, or timeliness impacts to projects.
Communicate with internal and external workgroups related to project activities.
Assist in developing business process documents and other Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) artifacts.
Familiarity with AGILE methodology and Waterfall methodology highly preferred.
Maintain project, problem reporting, workgroup, or other group mailboxes.
Perform research to include gathering and analyzing data and information necessary to understand and describe various business processes; identify issues or problems; and assist with solutions and recommendations.
Review technical and business process documents and provide substantive comments.
Develop, compile, and analyze strategic planning data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
Perform data analysis, measurement reporting, and statistical analysis.
Location: Remote - must be within two hours of Woodlawn, MD.
