We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager – Paid Media Campaigns to drive the success of our digital advertising efforts for a client in the insurance business.
The ideal candidate will excel in developing, managing, and analyzing performance-driven paid media campaigns while leveraging advanced digital marketing insights and best practices.
Key Responsibilities Paid Media Strategy: Develop and execute cross-platform paid media campaigns, including search (PPC), display, social media ads, and programmatic advertising, to drive traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition.
Campaign Analytics & Insights: Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, and CPA using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
Generate actionable insights to improve overall campaign effectiveness.
Budget Management: Allocate and optimize budgets across campaigns to maximize ROI and minimize wasted spend.
Digital Campaign Analysis: Conduct in-depth performance analysis of campaigns using attribution models, audience insights, and channel-specific metrics to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests for ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to boost engagement and conversion rates.
Data-Driven Targeting: Use advanced audience segmentation, remarketing strategies, and lookalike audiences to reach and convert high-value prospects.
Collaboration: Partner with content, creative, and product teams to ensure alignment between campaigns and brand messaging, and to develop high-quality, engaging ad content.
Optimization: Leverage tools like Google Ads Editor, Facebook Ads Manager, and bid management platforms to continually refine bids, placements, and targeting.
Market & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and new ad formats to identify growth opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
