This is a unique opportunity to join a new and ambitious company that’s already profitable and scaling quickly.Position - VP of Sales and Customer SuccessAs VP of Sales and Customer Success, you will play a critical role in growing our revenue.
You will oversee both our sales team and our customer success team - driving net new accounts and also ensuring those accounts are retained by reducing churn.
This is a great opportunity to own the full life cycle of the client relationship, guaranteeing a great customer experience end to end.
You will have the opportunity to manage, grow, and upskill our current sales team (2 people) and customer success team (1 person).You will uplevel the infrastructure and analytics of Hubspot so that sales, customer success, and other teams are able to easily view our current sales and client churn funnels.
As a leader within the company, you will work cross-functionally to deliver and report on your OKRs while also being a critical voice in the direction of the company.
This role requires a customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, managerial experience, and the ability to navigate and resolve challenges to uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
You will report to the Chief Executive Officer.
