You will leverage your understanding of AI and data science concepts to shape effective strategies, keep project plans up-to-date, and encourage cross-project engagement.

While hands-on coding is not a requirement, we are looking for an individual who is exceptionally articulate, well-organized, and a quick learner.

This role requires a public trust clearance.

Location: This position can be performed remotely but requires ET working hours.

Responsibilities:Project Planning and Oversight: Work with AI Pilot teams to track project plans, and maintain documentation.

Monitor the progress of AI projects, ensuring alignment with established strategies and adjusting plans as needed.

Work closely with project managers to address any challenges and optimize project outcomes.

Support creation and operation of an AI Community of Interest.

Client Consultation:Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and aspirations related to AI and data science.

Articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to create “client-ready" work products (e.g., presentations, and proposals) with little oversight. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to formulate AI strategies that align with business goals, industry best practices, and Client landscape. Provide insights and recommendations on AI adoption, integration, and optimization for enhanced business outcomes. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and constraints, translating them into actionable initiatives. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed strategies with the client's technical environment. Communication: Act as a key communicator between technical teams and clients, ensuring a shared understanding of goals and expectations. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that convey complex technical information in an understandable manner. Learning Agility: Quickly grasp new AI technologies, methodologies, and industry trends. Demonstrate a proactive approach to continuous learning and self-improvement.
