Using your project management skills, you'll collaborate with different teams to make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish, including event setup, execution, and post-event review.What You’ll Do Manage Projects: Use your project management know-how to create clear event checklists, assign tasks, and track progress to ensure everything gets done on time.
You'll also run retrospectives and follow up on action items.
Work Across Teams: Partner with teams like Business, Merchandising, Brand Partners, Site Operations, Engineering, and Product to plan and organize events, ensuring everyone’s aligned and working toward the same goals.
Keep Communication Flowing: Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders, provide regular updates, and create post-event reports with key takeaways and recommendations for improvement.
Tackle Risks: Spot potential challenges early and come up with backup plans to minimize any impact on event success.
Monitor Site Performance: Keep an eye on the website's performance during events to ensure things like speed and user experience aren’t disrupted.
Support Business Needs: Act as the go-to person between business and tech teams, helping set up experiences and resolving any technical issues that arise.
Oversee the Online Store: Ensure the online store runs smoothly, including monitoring key metrics, handling issues, and making sure customers have a great shopping experience.
Automate Where Possible: Implement tools to automate tasks, making things more efficient and freeing up time for other work.
Lead the Team: Guide a team of offshore contractors to help execute all the tasks above and ensure success.
